Expressway and MRA are no longer headline domains here; that material now sits with 300-815 CLACC on the on-premises side. CLHCT is the hybrid and cloud concentration for CCNP Collaboration. Pass it and you earn the standalone Cisco Certified Specialist – Collaboration Cloud & Edge Implementation credential; pair it with the 350-801 CLCOR core exam and you complete the full CCNP Collaboration certification. Following the February 2026 refresh it is the cloud-facing counterpart to CLACC: Cisco deliberately split the track so on-premises call control, hybrid and cloud, and Webex Contact Center each have a distinct path.
The v2.0 blueprint reflects where collaboration work has actually moved. Two domains carry half the exam — Suite and Devices Configuration at 25% and Suite and Devices Management at 25% — and both are Webex-centred: configuring SSO and directory synchronisation, standing up local gateways in certificate-based or registration-based mode, configuring site survivability and Control Hub calling features, then troubleshooting Webex Calling, call routing, meetings, messages, and endpoint registration. The v2.0 CLHCT blueprint reorganises the entire exam around the Webex cloud: seven domains covering suite and device configuration, cloud management, suite and device management, administration, hybrid migration, security, and APIs and programmability. Where candidates lose marks
Three patterns recur. First, studying CLCEI-era material without noticing the rewrite — the exam number is unchanged, so stale guides look current, and Expressway depth will not carry you through a Webex Calling troubleshooting question. Second, underestimating the API domain: at 10% it is small, but constructing Messaging, Meeting, Calling, People, and Events API calls is a practical skill that reading alone does not build. Third, blurring the local gateway modes — certificate-based and registration-based differ in authentication, call capacity, and which Control Hub features apply to them, and questions are written to test exactly that boundary.

Most candidates with Webex administration exposure need eight to twelve weeks.
