Cisco sunset 300-810 CLICA on February 2, 2026, as part of a wider CCNP Collaboration refresh. It cannot be scheduled, and studying its blueprint no longer leads to a credential.

What changed on February 3, 2026:

  • Retired: 300-810 CLICA (Implementing Cisco Collaboration Applications) and 300-835 CLAUTO (Automating and Programming Cisco Collaboration Solutions).
  • Updated to v2.0: the 350-801 CLCOR core exam, 300-815 CLACC (Advanced Call Control On-Premises), and 300-820 CLHCT (Collaboration Hybrid and Cloud Technologies). Note that 300-815 and 300-820 were also renamed — formerly CLACCM and CLCEI.
  • New: 300-830 CLCCE (Implementing Cisco Collaboration Cloud Customer Experience), focused on Webex Contact Center.

CCNP Collaboration still requires the 350-801 CLCOR core exam plus one concentration — but the concentration must now be CLACC, CLHCT, or CLCCE. Cisco has also rebalanced the track toward a roughly even split between cloud and on-premises content.

The exam retired, but the products did not. Organisations still run Unity Connection for voicemail, still deploy IM and Presence for Jabber, and still configure SAML SSO across Unified Communications applications. If you administer these systems, the material below remains directly relevant to your job — it simply no longer maps to a purchasable credential.
