This Guarantee applies only to the specific practice exam product purchased.

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund or free extension under this Guarantee, the customer must meet all of the following conditions:

Completion of the PowerKram Study Plan

The customer must:

  • Complete all objectives and chapters in both LEARN and EXAM modes

  • Invest the time and repetition needed to score 95% or higher on each exam objective or chapter

  • Complete the full practice exam and reach the score report screen

  • Review all explanations for missed questions

  • Use the platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to taking the official exam

Official Exam Attempt

The customer must attempt the official certification exam that corresponds to the purchased PowerKram practice exam.

Required documentation:

  • A copy of the official exam score report showing the failed attempt

  • Proof of purchase for the PowerKram product

3. Refund or Extension Options (Guarantee Only)

Customers who meet all Guarantee requirements may choose one of the following:

  • A 100% refund of the purchase price

  • A free extension of access to the same practice exam

  • Free access to another practice exam of equal or lesser value

4. Exclusions

The Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Exams that do not match the purchased practice exam

  • Purchases made more than 30 days prior to the refund request

  • Accounts showing fraudulent activity

  • Users who have not completed all Study Plan requirements

5. How to Request a Refund or Guarantee Claim

6. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:
