Maintenance Processing – Basic Functions is 21–30% and the single most useful thing to get straight is the split between the two central documents. A notification records what someone observed: a problem, a request, an activity report. An order plans and executes work: operations, components, labour, costs. Not every notification becomes an order, and an order can exist without one.
