PowerKram™, a platform owned and operated by Synchronized Software, LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of creators, publishers, and rights holders. We expect all users to comply with applicable copyright laws. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512, PowerKram will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
PowerKram may include user‑generated content, exam preparation materials, and other contributions. When we receive a properly formatted DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action at our sole discretion, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material and, when necessary, restricting access for repeat infringers.

1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work or other intellectual property has been used on the PowerKram platform without authorization, you must submit a written DMCA notice containing all of the following information:

2. What Happens After We Receive Your Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

We will notify the user responsible for posting the content.

We may provide the user with your contact email so they may respond directly, as permitted under the DMCA.

We may restrict or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
3. Submitting a DMCA Counter‑Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter‑Notice. Your Counter‑Notice must include:

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in the State of Texas and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Upon receiving a valid Counter‑Notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
